By submitting this Product Sponsorship Application Form, you ("Applicant") agree to the following terms and conditions. The Applicant must be a recognized athlete participating actively in sports events at the time of application. Submission of this form does not guarantee sponsorship; all applications are subject to review based on performance, visibility, and alignment with our brand values. Personal information provided in this form will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating the sponsorship application and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. If selected for sponsorship, the Applicant agrees to adhere to all sponsorship agreement terms, which include promoting the sponsor's products and maintaining a professional demeanor and conduct consistent with the sponsor's brand image. The sponsor reserves the right to terminate the sponsorship if the Applicant fails to meet these obligations or provides false information in the application. This form is merely a request for consideration and does not form a binding agreement until confirmation is provided through an official verification by both parties.

If the sponsorship results in taxable income or similar benefits according to the laws of the recipient's country, the sponsored individual is responsible for managing all related tax liabilities and other statutory fees, such as customs duties.
